Exhibiting with the Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates (SGNA) gives you the opportunity to meet and mingle with approximately 2,000 of your best prospects! Gastroenterology nurses and associates continue to be at the forefront of GI healthcare delivery, and SGNA is the preeminent organization of choice for GI nursing professionals. SGNA has more than 7,000 members around the world, and the Annual Course is the conference of choice for these professionals.

Participants are welcome to provide additional audio/visual, food and beverage and decorative enhancements to the room; however, all related costs, including any room resets, will be the responsibility of the vendor. Vendor Programs are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
SGNA will work with you to convene a group of 8 to 12 attendees targeting your demographic to help your company gauge interest and promote services. SGNA will provide hosts a list of meeting registrants prior to the Annual Course, a meeting room in which to hold the 90-minute focus group, food and beverage and a stipend for participants.
Display your custom design in a new and creative way by marketing your booth on a bathroom mirror cling. The mirror cling will be placed in select bathrooms in the convention center in high traffic areas. Specifications will be provided by show management and design must be approved by SGNA.
Footprints may be a one-color custom design or one-color logo provided by exhibitor. Size specifications will be provided by show management. Design must be approved by SGNA. Limited number available.
Draw traffic to your booth by hosting a fun snack station during the Annual Course Exhibit Hall hours. The snacks station will be placed inside/next to your exhibit booth. Stations will begin at 12:30 pm on Monday or Tuesday and include 300 servings. Each snack station is limited to two per day and available first-come, first-serve. Snacks can only be purchased through SGNA. Other catering orders will not be permitted.

Display custom graphics in a creative way by sponsoring a floor decal to make a lasting impression. The floor decal will be placed in a high traffic area of the exhibit hall or other conference location (your choice!). Limited number available.
Grab the attention of attendees by showcasing your best idea, solution, or product in 5 minutes or less on the SGNA Spotlight Stage. SGNA will promote this new exhibit hall feature in SGNA marketing materials, the mobile app and onsite signage. Limited spots available on Tuesday, May 9th beginning at 1:00 pm until 1:30 pm. This opportunity is first-come, first-served for exhibiting companies only. Your time slot will be assigned once the application is received. Six five-minute presentations available.
Provide an opportunity for SGNA attendees to take a professional headshot photo in the Exhibit Hall. The headshot lounge includes a professional makeup artist and photographer. Your company logo will be displayed on a custom backdrop, signage, and conference materials for promotions. Your company has the option to have the headshot lounge near or within your own booth (10x20 space required). Company will receive all attendee leads that visit the headshot lounge throughout the Annual Course.
Different options available for exhibiting companies and Vendor Program participants. Door drop will be placed the evening prior. Limit 3 per day.

Exhibitor may provide a custom design or a logo for the room keys. Specifications will be provided by show management and design must be approved by SGNA.
A passport stamp will be provided to each participating company onsite. Company submits a question that must be answered by attendees to collect all stamps and to win a prize. Company is responsible for an educational prize at a value equal to or less than $500. Attendees must be present to win. Limited number available.
Exhibitors must provide approximately 2,000 bag inserts for show management to stuff in the registration bags prior to the opening of the Annual Course. Content is subject to review and approval by SGNA. Limit 8 inserts.
Attendees will not only see your logo, they will wear it. Take advantage of this opportunity to put your company’s name around the neck of attendees, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors.
Place an exclusive banner on the new SGNA Annual Course Daily Digest that is published and promoted to all Annual Course attendees each morning with important event information. Fourt total Daily Digests will be published.
