All exhibitors are expected to review SGNA's 2025 Exhibitor Rules & Regulations prior to the event. The 52nd Annual Course exhibition hall floor plan will be available soon.
Important Dates and Deadlines
- Exhibitor Service Kit Released – Early 2025
- Exhibitor Registration Launch – February 2025
- Housing Sub-Block (10+ Rooms) Application Deadline – April 18, 2025
- Housing Rate Cutoff – May 2, 2025
Exhibitor Registration
Exhibitors are entitled to 2 exhibit hall only badges with each 10x10 booth they occupy. Check back in February 2025 to register your exhibit hall only attendees.
Hotel & Travel
The Westin Pittsburgh and the Omni William Penn hotels are holding rooms for SGNA attendees and exhibitors at reduced rates. Both hotels are located within a 5-10 minute walk from the convention center. Rooms are available for booking until May 2, 2025, or until the room blocks are filled. Learn more and book now.
Booking 10+ Hotel Rooms
Need to book more than 10 rooms? Exhibiting companies looking to book 10 or more rooms should complete a sub-block form and submit it to Rachel Schneider at rschneider@sgna.org. The deadline to apply for a sub-block form is Friday, April 18, 2025.
