We’re excited to welcome attendees to the Kentucky International Convention Center in the heart of downtown Louisville! The Kentucky International Convention Center is located at 221 S 4th St, Louisville, KY 40202.

How do I locate the presentation slides?
Presentation slides will be located in the mobile app. We will send all registrants updated information on how to access the app and these slides closer to the conference.
How do I access the evaluations and retrieve my certificate of completion?
In order to claim your contact hours, you must complete an evaluation for every educational session you attended. Please stay tuned for more information regarding the evaluation process.

What will SGNA's 51st Annual Course: A Virtual Component be like?
SGNA will offer a full line-up of sessions for the 51st Annual Course: A Virtual Component attendees. Much like our virtual events in fall 2020, spring 2021 and spring 2022, there will be keynotes, educational sessions, vendor programs and networking. There will be no exhibit hall associated with 51st Annual Course: A Virtual Component. SGNA's 51st Annual Course: A Virtual Component is a great add-on to the in-person Annual Course, providing additional insights and takeaways from the comfort of your home or office.
Attendees will also be able to chat in real time with other attendees, speakers and SGNA staff.

Will the live sessions for the SGNA's 51st Annual Course: A Virtual Component be recorded?
You can access the recordings from the live sessions by navigating to the event website and clicking the session title. Recordings will be available shortly after the conclusion of the SGNA's 51st Annual Course: A Virtual Component. You can access the live session recordings until July 1, 2024.

How do I access the evaluations and retrieve my certificate of completion?

Registration Information
I didn’t receive my registration confirmation. What do I do?
Your registration confirmation email is only sent once payment is received. Please contact registration@sgna.org to resend your confirmation email. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.
What if I want to register after the event starts?
You may register for the SGNA 51st Annual Course on-site once you arrive in Louisville; however, additional space is limited, so we encourage you to pre-register.
The deadline to register for the SGNA 51st Annual Course: A Virtual Component is June 5, 2024 at 11:59 pm CT.
What is the cancellation policy?
For the in-person Annual Course, SGNA will provide a full refund of registration fees, less an administrative processing fee of $150, for any cancellations received in writing on or before Friday, April 5, 2024. Cancellations should be directed to registration@sgna.org. All refunds will be processed within 5 days of the date the cancellation request is received to the original form of payment. No refunds will be issued for pre-conference workshops, regardless of the cancellation date. After Friday, April 5, 2024, there will be no refunds for registrations canceled whatsoever. Hotel reservations must be canceled separately and directly with the hotel.
For SGNA's 51st Annual Course: A Virtual Component, SGNA will not accept any cancellation requests as content will be available on-demand for all paid registrants.

How many contact hours will be available through SGNA's 51st Annual Course?
SGNA 51st Annual Course attendees will have the opportunity to earn 24+ contact hours by attending all educational sessions. Attendees have the opportunity to earn additional contact hours by participating in vendor programs, Booth CEs, Exhibit Hall Theater Learning Sessions and evaluating posters.
How many contact hours will be available through SGNA's 51st Annual Course: A Virtual Component?
SGNA 51st Annual Course: A Virtual Component attendees will earn up to 10 contact hours. These digital sessions will feature unique, GI-specific content and expand on topics covered at the in-person Annual Course.
