What will SGNA 50th Annual Course: A Virtual Component be like?
SGNA will offer a full line-up of sessions for virtual component attendees. Much like our virtual events in fall 2020, spring 2021 and spring 2022, there will be keynotes, educational sessions, vendor programs and networking. There will be no exhibit hall during the virtual component.
Attendees will also be able to chat in real-time with other attendees, speakers and SGNA staff. At the new product showcase, attendees can learn about the latest innovations, products, services and resources.

The SGNA 50th Annual Course: A Virtual Component will take place June 2-3, 2023. Session recordings will be available to access at your leisure until June 30, 2023.
Will the live sessions for the Virtual Component be recorded?
You can access the recordings from the live sessions by navigating to event website and clicking the session title. Recordings will be available shortly after the conclusion of the Virtual Component. You can access the live session recordings until June 30, 2023.
When will all session recordings for the Virtual Component be available for attendees?
Session recordings will be available on the event website shortly after the conclusion of the Virtual Component, for all registered attendees. Recordings will be available until June 30, 2023.
How do I locate the presentation slides?
Presentation slides will be located in the mobile app. We will send all registrants updated information on how to access the app and these slides closer to the conference.
Presentation slides will be located in SGNA Communities, SGNA's online community and discussion forum. All attendees will be added to the community titled "SGNA 50th Annual Course: A Virtual Component."
How do I access the evaluations and retrieve my certificate of completion?
In order to claim your contact hours, you must complete an evaluation for every educational session you attended. To complete your evaluation and retrieve your certificate, follow the steps below by July 31, 2023.
I didn’t receive my registration confirmation. What do I do?
Your registration confirmation email is only sent once payment is received. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to resend your confirmation email.
What if I want to register after the event starts?
You may enroll on-site, May 7-9, if you didn't pre-register. Note that additional space is limited, so we encourage you to pre-register. The deadline to register for the Virtual Component is June 1, 2023 at 11:59pm.
What is the cancellation policy?
For the live event, SGNA will provide a full refund of registration fees. As content will be available on-demand for all paid registrants, SGNA will not accept any cancellation requests for registrations for SGNA 50th Annual Course: A Virtual Component after the event starts.
How many contact hours will be available through SGNA 50th Annual Course: A Virtual Component?
SGNA 50th Annual Course: A Virtual Component attendees will earn 10 contact hours. These digital sessions will feature unique content designed to expand on topics that we were unable to cover during the in-person sessions.
