Registration includes events from May 22-24; all live educational sessions, recorded sessions, exhibit hall access, and networking activities. Pre-conference workshops (May 20-21) are individually priced and must be registered for in advance

**Student members must be enrolled in an accredited school or college of nursing program and advancing towards a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or Associate Degree in Nursing. Pre-conference Events

Sign-up for Pre-conference Workshops will be on a first-come, first-served basis. These sessions have limited capacity. You can view all Pre-Conference Event options and pricing on our website.

Check Payment

To pay by check after registering online, follow the registration steps and select "Send me an invoice" to receive an invoice that you may mail in with your check payment.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by email when you register online. Check this order confirmation carefully to see whether your registration fee is paid or has a balance due. If you select the “Send Me an Invoice” option when registering online and mailed in a check, you can see whether check payment has been processed by logging into your “SGNA Portal” and looking at the “My Account” section.

Registration Confirmation

You will receive a registration confirmation by email when you register online. This email will contain important details about the Annual Course, including the housing link to book your hotel room.

Cancellation Policy

For the in-person Annual Course, SGNA will provide a full refund of registration fees, less an administrative processing fee of $150, for any cancellations received in writing on or before Friday, April 22, 2022. Cancellations should be directed to Telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. Participant must obtain confirmation of receipt of email from SGNA on or before the cancellation deadline. All refunds will be processed within 5 days of the date the cancellation request is received to the original form of payment. After Friday, April 22, 2022, there will be no refunds for registrations cancelled whatsoever. Substitutions can be made, without a fee, by contacting the registration team at No substitutions can be made after the event has begun and no registrations will be transferred to the following year’s event. Hotel reservations must be cancelled separately and directly with the hotel.

If for any reason beyond SGNA’s control, SGNA determines that the in-person event must be cancelled then your registration will automatically be applied to the virtual conference. Should there be a difference in pricing between the in-person and the virtual conference, the difference will automatically be refunded to the participant. Per SGNA’s general refund policy, no refund is available if you cancel after April 22, 2022, including in the event of a change from the in-person event to virtual. No registrations will be transferred to the following year’s event.

For the virtual conference SGNA 49th Annual Course: A Virtual Component, SGNA will not accept any cancellation requests for registrations for SGNA's virtual conference as content will be available on-demand for all paid registrants.

Valid Methods of Payment

Acceptable methods of payment are Check, Money Order, Cash, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. If you selected “send me an invoice” and decide to pay by credit card, you can do so by logging into the SGNA portal.
