Registration includes events from May 22-25; all live educational sessions, recorded sessions, exhibit hall access, and virtual networking activities. Pre-conference workshops (May 21-22) are individually priced and must be registered for in advance. View Pre-conference Workshop pricing.

Annual Course Scholarships

The deadline to apply for a scholarship for the 48th Annual Course has been extended to March 19, 2021. These scholarships are intended to help SGNA members cover part of the costs of attending the Annual Course. 

  • First-time Attendee Scholarship: Are you new to gastroenterology and want to build your knowledge-base and grow your peer network? 2021 grants will be awarded this spring to those members who meet the established criteria. To learn more, click here
  • Annual Course Scholarship: This scholarship has been established to financially assist SGNA members with registration costs for the 48th Annual Course. 2021 grants will be awarded this spring to those members who meet the established criteria. To learn more, click here.

Pre-conference Workshops

Sign-up for Pre-conference Workshops will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Waiting lists will be created for Pre-conference Workshops that are full. If you registered and paid for a pre-conference workshop that is full, you were placed on the waiting list. View all Pre-conference options and pricing

Check Payment

To pay by check after registering online, follow the registration steps and select "Send me an invoice" to receive an invoice that you may mail in with your check payment.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by email when you register online. Check this order confirmation carefully to see whether your registration fee is paid or has a balance due. If you select the “Send Me an Invoice” option when registering online and mail in a check you can see whether check payment has been processed by logging into your “SGNA Portal” and looking at the “My Account” section.

Registration Confirmation

You will receive a registration confirmation by email when you register online. This email will contain important details about the SGNA 48th Annual Course: A Virtual Experience.

Cancellation Policy

SGNA will not accept cancelation requests for registrations for the SGNA 48th Annual Course: A Virtual Experience. 

Valid Methods of Payment

Acceptable methods of payment are Check, Money Order, Cash, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. If you selected “send me an invoice” and decide to pay by credit card, you can do so by logging into the SGNA portal.

Member Discount
