*Full Conference Registration includes events from November 1-3; all general sessions, choice of concurrent sessions, exhibit hall access including the opening reception and lunch and the SGNA Celebration. Pre-conference Workshops taking place October 30-31 may be purchased for an additional cost during registration.

Annual Course Mentor Program

New this year, SGNA is offering an Annual Course Mentor Program! For both first-time attendees and our seasoned members, you can participate to have a mentor or be a mentor. Sign up during the registration process by selecting the appropriate box on the registration form. Visit this page to learn more about the Mentor Program.

Check Payment

To pay by check after registering online, follow the registration steps and select "Send me an invoice" to receive an invoice that you may mail in with your check payment.

Onsite Registration

We strongly encourage you to pre-register and to do so early. If you plan to register when you arrive in Louisville, please allow up to 45 minutes for this process. 

Guest Registration

Guests may purchase tickets to attend Annual Course social events. Guest registration includes access to both of the networking events: Sunday’s Exhibit Hall Opening Reception 4:30 p.m. – 6:45 p.m. and Monday’s SGNA Celebration 7:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. For safety reasons, guests under the age of 16 are not allowed in the Exhibit Hall at any time. 

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by email when you register online. Check this order confirmation carefully to see whether your registration fee is paid or has a balance due. If you select the “Send Me an Invoice” option when registering online and mail in a check you can see whether check payment has been processed by logging into your “SGNA Portal” and looking at the “My Account” section.

Registration Confirmation

You will receive a registration confirmation by email when you register online. This email will contain important details about the Annual Course in Louisville including the housing link to receive discounted room rates.

Cancellation Policy

All Annual Course registrations will automatically transfer to the new event dates on your behalf. You will receive an updated confirmation for your records. Any additional requests will be handled on an individual basis through April 23, 2020. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to transfer your registration to a colleague. Refund requests will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. 

Pre-conference Workshop

If you registered and paid for a Friday or Saturday Pre-conference Workshop, these sessions will be listed on the back of your registration badge. Sign-up for these sessions will be on a first-come, first-served basis. You will print your badge at the registration counter when you arrive in Louisville. View pre-conference workshop pricing

Changes to Existing Registrations

It is not necessary to contact SGNA if you decide to attend a different concurrent session. Now you can make concurrent session changes directly in your agenda builder. If you need to make a change to your optional session registration, please contact SGNA. 

Annual Course Mobile App

This quick and easy tool gives you the opportunity to select your sessions and manage your concurrent session selection and social events. Concurrent session selections are used for room planning purposes only. Seating at concurrent sessions is on a first-come, first-served basis until room capacity is reached so it’s important to get to the session early. Adding a particular concurrent session to your agenda builder does not reserve or guarantee you a seat. Please keep in mind that this tool is for planning purposes only, so you may want to choose back-up sessions should your first choice reach capacity.
